Cell phones and their components are accepted from residents and business in unlimited quantities for recycling a the County's two recycling centers as well as the County Connection located in the Ocean County Mall. Residents may drop off their outdated cell phones at these locations during operating hours at not cost. Call 732-288-7777 for hours for the County Connection. Some municipalities have a recycling program for cell phones. Call your local public works for more information.
