Curbside collection of Christmas trees will take place on your regular refuse collection day during the week of January 11 - 15, 2010.

Place your tree curbside between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. on your day of collection.

• Remove all adornments including decorations, tinsel, plastic bags, bases, etc. from the tree.
• Do not place your tree curbside prior to collection day to avoid it being covered with snow and frozen into the snow bank. Trees frozen into the snow bank or not completely bare will not be collected.

As an alternative to Christmas trees that must be cut down, consider getting a small potted tree.
